Jun 15, 2026"So COOL! Also, since I was driving for DoorDash to pick it up… I got the experience of being sketched out thinking it’s a Boost Mobile parking lot, WFT. Then, I pull up & see the Ghost Restaurant food truck. I can’t speak to how the quality of food, nor the value but I can tell you it was quite thrilling of an experience & those employees…. they’re working really hard there to do it!"

I really liked how they put the condiments on the side not touching the sushi rolls so that you could decide what you wanted and it’s great for people like me with specific food allergies/diet restrictions. - My girlfriend"

Mar 18, 2026"I ordered from their newest location on S 1st Street. I got the Just Krispy box and it was definitely worth the price - great value and surprisingly very filling! The spicy Tuna, Salmon and Hamachi were great, fish tasted fresh. I was a little hesitant about the Truffle Avocado and it being just filler, but it had tons of flavor, a pleasant surprise. The rice to fish ratio is a little much for my personal taste, but they're known for their crispy rice so. I think the only negative here was the Shrimp Tempura that's included - it was really greasy and almost seemed like imitation shrimp. The packaging & branding was just WOW - you can tell this brand definitely knows what they're doing and didn't skimp on materials either."
